I coached a high-performing team of 4-6 product designers and shaped end-to-end UI/UX strategy across the web booking funnel.

Each designer was dedicated to a delivery team and owned a set of features including search, stateroom selection, package add-ons, checkout and confirmation.

The designers partnered closely with product, engineering, delivery and research to launch a guest-centered booking funnel positioned to scale.

The new experience launched prior to Wave, the peak booking season, with improved price transparency and increased guest autonomy.
