She holds a BFA in Visual Communication Design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) and UX Certificate from General Assembly.

Morgan also volunteers within the Chicago Design community as a regular guest speaker to design students at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC). She previously served on the board of the Society of Typographic Arts (STA) as the Director of Engagement.
