As a 100% member-supported organization, CR challenged us to improve their membership acquisition experience starting with their front door.
We took 3 unique homepage concepts into usability, qualitative, and quantitative testing to understand both member and non-member needs for the site.
Using key user insights, we refined a new homepage, cart, PDP and article template that clearly defines membership benefits and ongoing value for users.
